Questions about the plans
How do I pay for my subscription?
Choose your plan and term in your space, under “My subscription”. Our team contacts you about payment (bank transfer or another agreed method), then activates the plan.
Am I tied in for a long time?
No. You choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no automatic renewal: you only renew if you want to.
What happens when my plan ends?
You are notified 3 days before, by notification and by email. Without renewal, your account returns to the Essential plan: your profile stays visible and your cases and documents are kept.
How do multi-lawyer plans work?
With Firm (up to 5 lawyers) or Firm Pro (up to 15 lawyers), the holder adds colleagues from “My subscription” using their lawyer account email. Each colleague accepts the invitation, gets every feature of the plan and keeps their own space: cases are not shared.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, at any time from “My subscription”. Switching to the free plan is immediate; a paid plan is activated once paid for.
Does a paid plan improve my ranking?
No. The directory offers no paid promotion, in line with the rules of the profession: all plans are presented the same way.
Do clients pay a subscription?
No. Client accounts are free.
